New hotel. Colourfully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Lots of breakfast options. The location is ok if you have a car. There is a good family type restaurant next door but no food aside from convenience store candy, cookies , chips, pop, energy drink type stuff at the hotel. There is free coffee and tea available which is a nice touch. With the convenience store model, it would be nice if they sold beer, coolers etc.

It was very close to where we needed to be. It offered an excellent free breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom products were very nice. There was a clean pool and gym(we wish we had more time to use). The best part of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. My kids felt and were treated like they were just as important as my mother and I.

The hotel is very new, and there are design decisions that are very useful - a computer use area offering privacy, elevators with direct keyed access to parking, the room had auditory aids for the door, and the bathroom and room were set to accommodate people with wheelchairs or walkers without making it feel awkward. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from front desk to breakfast people to housekeeping. They called me immediately about a forgotten item after checkout. The pool was big enough for laps, and the slide was set on its own to keep splashes and mishaps minimized. We did not use the fitness room, though there was one. The offer for "Breakfast Included" is always appreciated, though it is often just continental. The Tru Hilton, however, had an extensive hot and cold buffett offering, with GF bread as well - two types! and GF packaged brownies as well. Oatmeal, eggs, bacon and more. The GF was essential for one of our group, and two different staff on different days indicated that this is a goal of their breakfast plan. I booked early in the summer, and the rates were very reasonable. Five minutes from the centre of town. Great stop. All three of us said we would book there again.

It was clean, had everything we needed and if we needed anything staff were so accommodating and friendly . We really enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back

Convenient location to take the ferry from Yarmouth. Nice breakfast with choices. Room was clean and well designed, lots of hooks, shelves and outlets, no more searching behind a table or unplugging a lamp to charge a phone. Plenty of room in the bathroom for towels, clothing and toiletries.
